I TRY TO ALWAYS LOVE MYSELF FIRST
SO I DON'T LASH OUT OR BE A DICK
- I LOVE MYSELF THROUGH HOBBIES
- MEDITATING
- CALMNESS
LOVE OTHERS AND BE KIND SECOND
- SOUNDS WEIRD TO DO THIS SECOND, BUT WHEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF FIRST YOU WILL GENUINELY CARE FOR OTHERS, INSTEAD OF FAKING IT.

FOR EXAMPLE: I AM AN OPEN TO EVERYONE AND GIVE THEM GENUINE ATTENTION
ONCE I SENSE SOMETHING THAT I HAVE SEEN DOESN'T DO WELL WITH MY LIFESTYLE, I START TO JUDGE/AVOID, WHICH IS FINE.
WHEN I BECOME NEGATIVE I:
- GROUND MYSELF BY GOING GOLFING
- GROUND MYSELF WITH A BEER WITH A FRIEND
- GO ON A DATE
- GO OUTSIDE, SOMEWHERE
- ETC.
LOVE OTHERS AND BE KIND BY:
- OPENING THE DOOR FOR SOMEONE
- LETTING SOMEONE IN YOUR LANE
- CALLING SOMEONE & LISTENING
- INVITING A FRIEND SOMEWHERE
- BUYING A GIFT, GIVING A HUG, LISTENING.
- ETC.
Challenges

It is always important and you hear it all the time to love yourself. But how can you try to do it even when you feel depressed for no good reason...
Just give yourself time and patience.
Appreciate the little things and appreciate your feelings.
When you start trying to fight those feelings, it will backfire to worse feelings than before. That is why people who understand this or are more left brained, they will distract themselves from them or Bullshit themselves that they are fine. Temporary Satisfaction.
In life you always have two options.
In life both those options are either for temporary happiness or for long term happiness. The best way to understand each is by doing your research of you, what you want health wise or what you want in business. All of these can typically decide what decision to make... other than that, trust your gut and accept & learn from whatever follows.
