What I looked like when all I cared about was cutting (160lbs)

This is what my diet and exercise looked like.
This works really well even today. Fights against my Endomorph genes to get skinnier
Keep Workouts Simple
- Don't need to Max Out Weight, you can however.
- Keep Reps High and Sets High
- If your not sweating the entire 45min - Hour you are working out, you are not cutting right.
- Cardio Heavy, Endurance Training, YOGA PREFERRED.
- ACTIVE STRETCHES FIRST -------------> DYNAMIC STRETCHES AT THE END
