Basal Metabolic Rate


Basically, this tool tells me how many calories I burn naturally which is better than the BMI tool I think when even when I'm shredded, my BMI has always said I was fat.... Which I was not. I think a lot of these tools are made for people without muscle mass.


What are your thoughts on tools like this and which one is your favorite?
