Fitness is a huge staple in my life and I love talking about it. This is what I have learned personally about back and let your trainer know what I talked to clarify why I think this way.

1. Regardless which one you choose, make sure you have great form. If you don’t perform back workouts with great form, you will ruin your back.

2. Make sure you can control the weight. Don’t jerk the weight back and forth and never lock your knees or over extend your shoulders forward.

3. I choose CABLE ROWS just because you can’t do more weight and fill in your entire back. Lat pull downs for me is basically just a stretch for rows.

You can knockout a good back workout in 45-60 minutes, so don’t give yourself the excuse of you don’t have enough time. You got this.
