The Power of Listening // Lifestyle Blog

Hope you all are having a wonderful week!

I have noticed that my anxiety has been easier to control this week just by listening and not overthinking what people are saying. Listening more than talking helps you not only with your mental health, but most definitely in being a pleasure to be around. People will like you more when you are engaged and listening to them.

There isn't much to say here beside, try to listen more than you talk. We all have a lot to say but if you care for growing yourself you will want to emulate most all successful people by just listening. When you do talk make sure it is worth saying and very thought out. Rambling shows weakness and insecurities. Mirror the person your talking to with 1-4 words they just said so you can continue listening and that person will like you a lot more than if you just talked the entire time.
